Naturesoul Company offers standard and express shipping options for its customers
Standard Shipping: Orders will be shipped within 4hrs from the order time. The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order, we offer free of cost delivery for every order above $35. Customers can view the shipping rates at checkout before placing their order.
Delivery Schedule: Naturesoul Company delivers orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Customers can choose their preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
Order Tracking: Customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking ID on their phone number with the order tracking details. Customers can track their order using the tracking number provided in the phone number by going to the delivery partner website.
Shipping Damage: In the event that the customer receives a damaged product due to shipping, they must contact Naturesoul Company within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will investigate the matter and issue a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Returns: In Naturesoul,if the customer is dissatisfied with their order, they may contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
